I adjusted chain tension and this worked for a few weeks, I adjusted motor force (to halfway) and this worked for a few weeks. Today the motor stalls even with no load. I'll be calling you for service/repair/replacement tomorrow. I would like a "full service" lifter, tracks, pulls, tensioner, etc. I am impressed by the product quality that you installed for us -- it has lasted better than 16 years. Thanks!
