My garage door motor had gone out. I purchased a new garage door opener thinking I should replace it myself. After removing the old garage door opener I realized it was more complex then I had anticipated. I read good reviews for All Pro so I called them and scheduled an appointment. They showed up on time, were very professional, and completed the job promptly. What I was most impressed with is the fact that they only needed to replace a few components that i had removed (motor and arm); however, instead they replaced every component with the new parts that came with the garage door opener I had purchased (including the cables and sensors), very thorough!

Everything is working fine now. They came when they were supposed to come. They did what they were supposed to do. They were clean and they were polite. They cleaned up very well which was important to me. They swept up and took all the old parts and boxes away, which were greatly appreciated, and they were on their way. The garage door spring had become detached from the garage wall and the door could not be raised. The repair consisted of attaching a block of wood to the wall studs and then attaching the spring to the block. He also retensioned the cables and oiled the hinges and spring. The service was done quickly and the garage door is now functioning fine.

Called around and got several quotes – All Pro was in the middle. Thought the All Pro user comments, on Angie’s list, most closely aligned with the work I needed done, and the posted comments were positive. With-in two hours, crew showed up and replaced the spring, in a quick, efficient manner. They also lubricated the rails and the opener twist gear. Would use them again.

I have used them twice recently for service calls. The first time was to adjust the door. I had someone else out and they did not do a good job, which All Pro they fixed. Our 17 year old garage door had never been serviced since instalation. Many self-tapping screws had fallen out, and the noise was substantial. All Pro gave us a quote by phone, including and Angie’s List discount, showed up, and did the job. Quick and easy. That’s how it should be. The improvement in the garage door is substantial.JULIAN K. I called the office at 7.30 am on a Monday and received a quote which seemed reasonable from quotes for similar work described on Angie’s List and I accepted. Service was scheduled for 12.30 pm the same day. The technician, Jamie, arrived close to the scheduled time and got straight to work and completed the replacement of the springs, adjustments, and lube in less than an hour. I said we had had a problem with the remotes not activating the drive unit consistently and he quickly traced this to what appeared to be loose or disconnected wiring in the controller. All in all, Jamie was very efficient, personable and courteous to me and my wife. We would certainly use this company again.

Dave showed up on time with a smile and quickly fixed our garage door. (just needed a good lube) He was kind to my children and dog who were all entertained by his work. All Pro came out and fixed our metal garage door that had come off the tracks. They came out the same day that I called, within a few hours of my call, which was great since the door was stuck in the open position. The people I spoke to on the phone and the technician who came to our house were all very courteous and helpful. They really helped us out in a jam! It was a very good experience. Dave from All Pro came at the appointed time and put in a temporary spring so that we could open and close the garage door until he could come back with the correct spring. He also oiled and made adjustments so that the door would work more smoothly. At the follow up appointment, Dave came on time and finished the work in less than 30 minutes.

Their service call price was more reasonable than the other two places I had called. They were also able to come out earlier than they had promised. The guy I dealt with, Dave, was very professional and did some extra sorts of things to service the garage door and evaluate it. The technician was punctual and professional. He replaced my single tension spring with two new springs and explained it would allow me to still open the door if one spring was to break. He also inspected the whole garage door system and did some minor adjustments and removed an incorrect bolt left from the previous installer. Very quick short notice same day service. Our garage door was opening and closing by itself. I called ALL PRO QUALITY GARAGE DOORS about the problem. Paul,one of the guys in the office said that the remote controller may need an adjustment. He graciously guided me thru adjusting the controller, which took only a brief moment. The adjustment to the controller solved the problem. There was no charge for his help. I appreciate the helpfulness that could have been a profitable service call for him.

The appointment was scheduled and took place in a week’s time. When I mentioned Angie’s List on the phone he promptly adjusted the estimate with the coupon. Service person arrived right when indicated. When he arrived both garage doors did not open correctly and one did not close correctly. In addition they were running unsmooth. Service person lubed parts, balanced both doors, and adjusted tracks. He then tested both doors a handful of times. Both garage doors are now opening and closing smoothly.I would use them again.This is the first time I have had the garage doors adjusted and I have been in the house close to 5 years and the doors have never worked better so I expect the doors not to need adjusting for quite a while.

All Pro performed a tune up my double steel sectional garage door and Genie screw drive opener, which was squeaking and “bouncing” to the point that it took about seven iterations yesterday to actually make the door stay closed. The technician replaced the limit switch,tightened the hardware, lubricated the moving parts, adjusted force controls and fixed the bent track.they also honored the Angie’s List coupon for $20.I should have called All Pro months ago before I started dragging out the ladder to make adjustments myself. People on the phone were extremely easy to talk with about my “it’s not really broken, but it’s entirely unreliable” problem. After I called at 11 am, they booked an appointment for the same day for 3 to 3:30 arrival, which worked well with my schedule. The office called shortly before 1 pm to let me know the tech was running about 1 hr, so couldn’t arrive before 4 pm. The change worked well for me, so I ran a few more errands. Right after 4pm, the office called again to let me know the tech was by the garage in my alley — great move, considering I have dogs too excited about people coming to the front door. The tech was professional, courteous, quick and didn’t comment about all the garage junk he had to work around.This was a very easy transaction, which I should have done sooner,the door works like new!!

We initially went to the company’s showroom on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. to select the style of door we wanted. They were very helpful and explained each style of door and had several full size samples in the showroom. The estimator showed up on time and gave us an estimate that I found reasonable since I had already done quite a bit of research on the Internet. The day of the installation, the worker (I believe his name was Mike) showed up on time, and did great work.he removed and disposed of the old wooden door and replaced it with an automatic roll up door. They also replaced some of the wood around the garage door opening that had rotted away. After he was done, he took the time to explain everything to us. Even though it was a hot day and he had spent the whole day working, when he was done he took the time to explain how everything worked, how to maintain it and answered all of our questions. He did not act like he was in a big hurry even though I know he must have been tired and wanted to leave. His biggest concern seemed to be that we were satisfied. I would use this company again. They did a professional job and had great customer service.

My wooded garage door was wearing out, so I had this company install a new steel sectional double size garage door. They have many styles and colors to choose from. Then they came out to remove my old wooden garage door and install a brand new double door. They changed the springs and also altered the garage door frame just to make it fit perfectly. Afterwards, they hooked up the garage door opener. Very pleased with the workmanship.

I called 3 garage door companies to give me quotes on replacing a garage door that was opening “on its own”. All-Pro understood the problem and diagnosed what was causing it (the other two companies did not). They gave me a price over the phone (one company refused to do so and would only give me an estimate if they came out — for which they would charge me). I wanted a specific brand of equipment, which they stocked and installed. I thought I needed a 3/4 hp motor, but they explained a 1/2 hp motor would be more than adequate (also less expensive). Another company just gave me a price for a 3/4 hp, and didn’t inquire into my needs. I was impressed with All-Pro’s knowledge of the current brand I had, the problems this particular brand had experienced in the past, and my need for increased security. They scheduled the installation for a date reasonably quickly. The installation was smooth and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I backed into our garage door and bent the hinge on one side. Another company said I would have to replace the entire garage door ($1500). But Dave found a way to fix it for $70, which was perfect!
Dave came out soon after I called, assessed the situation, and fixed it on the spot. He did explain that I could buy new door/hinges if I wanted, but was more than willing to just repair it.He also made sure the tracks were well-adjusted.
